Job Description
- The Candidate will be required to research & resolve ADM received for US Market. Should have good understanding of Travel Business in order to do root cause analysis of the ADM's
- The candidate should have good knowledge of various GDS displays and must be able to analyze and interpret PNR and Fare Rules
- Candidate will be required to follow-up with GDS & Airlines to clear pending ADM dispute
- E2E Travel Process knowledge
- Self Starter with ability to multitask
