Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role located in Eranad. The Executive will oversee daily operations, lead and manage department teams, and drive strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating workflows, managing budgets and resources, supervising staff performance, and ensuring service excellence for guests. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture while collaborating with leadership to support the hotel’s vision and objectives.

• Operational planning, workflow management, and resource allocation experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, hotel industry standards, and regulations
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and technological tools
• Proven track record in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
