Education: B.Sc. / B.Com / BCA or any graduate

Job Description

Should be able to understand the basic US healthcare medical terms

Knowledge of DME added advantage

Good Interpersonal Skill to work as a Team Member and Independently

Play a Key role as a Team Member and pitch in when Analytical Skills are Required

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPA’s & Medicare advantage plans

Good knowledge of EHR and PMS Systems and payor portals

Meet timely deliverable as per Industry Standards – Quality and Quantity

Should be able to read the and analyze work related documents and execute the instructions independently

Checking E-mails & Teams and correspondence with concern person

Entered Inquiries in Software

Correspondence with HOD & preparing daily Billing report

Responsible for maintaining data of records

Generation of Medical Invoices

Must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time

Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage

Should be flexible to work in different (late night) shifts

Over and above if any task given as per the requirement is to be carried out

Must Have: Candidate must have fluency over English language and knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati language will be added advantage
