The Mandate: Ownership, Autonomy, and Uncapped Upside

JFR is seeking an exceptional, results-driven leader in the Real Estate and Investment sector for an unprecedented partnership. This is not a traditional employee role; it is a co-entrepreneurial leadership opportunity.

Nature of Engagement: Strategic Partnership
Please read carefully before applying. The Executive Director (ED) is engaged as an independent strategic partner and is not an employee of the company. Consequently, this role does not qualify for traditional employee benefits (health insurance, provident fund, paid leave, gratuity, etc.). The relationship is strictly a business-to-business or principal-to-principal partnership based entirely on shared success.
Unrivaled Compensation Structure: A True Profit Partnership

This compensation model is designed to reward high performers by making you a direct partner in the generated revenue, with zero downside risk to your personal income and NO CAP on your potential payout.
The Bonus Pool: Your team’s expense budget is allocated from a fund equal to 15% of the revenue generated from all fund-raising activities.

Uncapped Bonus (Your Earnings): You retain 100% of any money saved from this allocated expense budget. This is a direct incentive for effective expense management and fundraising success. There is NO CAP on the expense savings bonus.

Initial Transition Support: For the first 3 months, a fixed remuneration can be arranged upon request (limited to one single booking revenue generated), which will be deducted from the 15% revenue pool for the corresponding months.

JFR's Commitment: The company absorbs all losses if incurred, ensuring you and your team can focus exclusively on maximizing profits and capital growth without personal financial risk.

As the Executive Director of Real Estate and Investment, your core mission is to maximize departmental net revenue, spearhead fundraising, and drive operational efficiency.

Pioneering Growth: Strategize, lead, and execute aggressive plans to achieve exponential growth in real estate acquisitions, sales, and high-level fund-raising activities.

Operational Mastery: Oversee all daily operations within the real estate and investment domain, setting new industry benchmarks for efficiency and asset management.

Efficiency Architect: Implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), relentlessly drive cost management, and optimize the process of capital deployment.

Team Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing department team, cultivating a culture of high accountability, financial prudence, and success.

Strategic Counsel: Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, contributing vital input to JFR's long-term vision, property acquisitions, and investment strategy.

Candidate Profile & Requirements: Proven Leadership
This high-stakes role demands a leader with deep domain expertise in Indian real estate, investment banking, or capital fundraising.

Education: Minimum of a Graduate Degree in an appropriate field (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics).

Experience Track Record: Minimum of 15 years of domestic experience in Real Estate, Investment, or Fund-raising, of which the last 3 years must be at a core administrative or senior leadership level.

Consultant Exception: Independent Consultants with 5+ years of core area experience and a proven, verifiable track record of successful projects/fundraising are highly encouraged to apply.
