Job Description

  • Promote and sell welding consumables to Retail/Trader/Customer.

  • Maintain close relation the existing Retailer/Traders/Customer.

  • Develop new Traders/Retailers in assigned.

  • Products demo.

  • Identify, generate, and follow up on retail/trader's requirements, inquiries, and potential leads.

  • Achieve sales targets through customer-centric approach.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatches, and after-sales support.




Requirements

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Willingness to travel extensively using a personal vehicle.

  • Strong communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Extensive tour within assigned territory.

  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
