📍 Location: Zen Fashions India Pvt Ltd, Trivandrum

Role Summary

The Executive – Costing will be responsible for monthly profitability analysis, costing activities, budgeting, expense variance analysis, and MIS preparation. This position requires strong financial acumen, costing expertise, and the ability to collaborate with factory and FP&A teams to drive cost efficiency.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed factory-wise monthly profitability reports.
• Update standard costing estimates periodically and adjust based on actual performance trends.
• Actively participate in budgeting and planning activities across factories.
• Conduct revenue validation for ancillary units and support payout calculations.
• Analyze variances in monthly operational expenses and highlight key deviations.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Perform manual costing for new and existing products.
• Prepare MIS reports and costing summaries as required.

✅Education

• CMA (India)

✅Work Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in costing, FP&A, or financial analysis

✅Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and costing knowledge
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Power BI is advantageous

✅Soft Skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
