Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Ludhiana. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, design innovative menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, monitoring food inventory, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflows. The role requires leadership in training and mentoring team members, as well as fostering a positive working environment that aligns with company standards and goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including staff management and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Creativity and passion for food innovation with the ability to adapt to evolving culinary trends
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a supervisory or executive chef role is preferred
