About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, driven and enterprising Business Development professional with a strong academic foundation, eager to build a high-growth career in the Luxury Gems & Jewelry industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth across assigned domestic markets
  • Identify and develop new client relationships (B2B / institutional)
  • Manage existing client accounts and enhance revenue opportunities
  • Travel extensively to build strong market connect
  • Translate customer needs into actionable business solutions
  • Track market trends, analyze data, and derive insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG / B2B / Institutional Sales
  • Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent) with excellent academic record
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam
  • Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
