About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Track key projects, follow up with departments, and help ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes (MoMs), and business documentation.
  • Review MIS reports and assist with business planning and operational coordination.
  • Maintain confidential records and business documents with discretion.
  • Support the MD with operational and administrative priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com, M.Com, B.Tech (Computer Science), MBA (HR/Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
  • Experience with MIS reporting and business documentation.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
