Executive Assistant to Executive Director – Strategic Audit, Risk &

Assurance

The role supports strategic initiatives, confidential matters, executive communication,

leadership coordination, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the Executive Director's office, calendar, meetings and priorities.

 Draft executive emails, letters, notes, presentations, and official communications.

 Coordinate with offices of authorities like Vice Chancellor office, Registrar, CFO,

Executive Directors, Directors, Deans, and external stakeholders.

 Support Board governance, agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.

 Coordinate internal audits team, compliance reviews, investigations, and follow-ups.

 Support strategic projects including Enterprise Risk Management, SOPs, governance

initiatives, and AI Audit & Ethics Centre.

 Coordinate documentation with regulatory bodies and government authorities.

 Maintain confidential files, policies, SOPs, investigations, and governance records.

 Organize executive meetings and maintain action trackers.

 Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, executive summaries, and presentations.

 Act as liaison with internal departments and external agencies.

 Handle confidential matters with integrity.

 Track deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.

 Conduct executive research and benchmarking.

 Coordinate Audit Department administration, communication, KRAs, and training.

Required Qualifications

 Master's Degree / MBA / CS or equivalent.

 2 to 4 years of experience supporting senior leadership.

 Experience in higher education, consulting, audit, governance, or corporate sector

preferred.

Required Skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication.

 Professional drafting skills.

 Advanced Microsoft Office.

 Strong coordination and organizational ability.

 High integrity and confidentiality.

 Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
