Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business documents as required.
Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
Organize business events, leadership meetings, and executive visits.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, business reviews, and management presentations.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, research, and special projects.
Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
