Adi Chitragupta Finance Limited (ACFL) is a Non-Banking Finance Company – Micro Finance Institution (NBFC-MFI) headquartered in Patna, Bihar. ACFL received its Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India in April 2017, authorizing it to operate as an NBFC-MFI. It is the first and only NBFC-MFI from Bihar to obtain this registration from RBI, Patna. The organization focuses on providing microfinance services, contributing to financial inclusion and economic development in the region.


Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna, Bihar. The role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing internal and external appointments. The Executive Assistant will prepare and maintain reports, handle correspondence and documentation, and support the CEO with presentations, reports, and meeting materials. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking follow-ups and action items, and ensuring efficient administrative support to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, uphold professional standards, and support smooth office operations.


Qualifications and Eligibility:

  • Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Diary Management skills.
  • Candidates should possess experience in preparing and managing Meeting Notes and Circulation.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with AI Tools and other office productivity tools.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, proactively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess strong professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A MBA degree and prior experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in financial services or a related sector, would be beneficial.
