Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant - Business Development

Location: Indore, MP - ONSITE

Shift Timings: 7:30 to 4:30 AM IST

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant - Business Development to act as the engine behind our growth. This isn't just a cold-calling role; it’s a strategic position designed for someone who loves the "hunt" and the "detective work" of sales. You will be responsible for identifying high-value targets, performing deep-dive due diligence, and ensuring the sales pipeline is primed with qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new organic leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, and creative networking.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct "deep dives" on companies and key stakeholders to identify pain points, fiscal health, and decision-making structures.
  • Due Diligence (DD): Support the pre-contract phase by vetting potential partners and ensuring all compliance and background data meet our standards.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Draft tailored pitch decks, executive summaries, and briefing notes for the senior leadership team before high-stakes meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring every lead is tracked and follow-ups are executed with precision.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendar invites for pitches, record meeting minutes, and handle specialized projects as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • A Researcher at Heart: You don't just find a name; you find their last three projects, their recent interview quotes, and their company’s 5-year goal.
  • Adaptable: You are comfortable working "under" a senior leader, anticipating their needs before they ask.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and presentation software (PowerPoint/Canva).
  • Analytical: You can look at a company's data and summarize why they are—or aren’t—a good fit for us.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Gen, SDR, or Market Research roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality (Due Diligence).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
