Role Description The Executive Assistant intern will provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to senior professionals, ensuring smooth coordination of office activities and priorities. This internship role is on-site and based in Gurugram, involving tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The intern will assist with document preparation, file management, and maintaining accurate records, while supporting communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities may also include handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role offers exposure to a professional IP legal environment and opportunities to learn about executive-level operations within the firm.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, documentation, and organizational tasks.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Support and Expense Reports skills to coordinate meetings, travel, and accurate financial reporting for senior leadership.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to handle correspondence, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain professional interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced professional setting.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar applications).
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a high level of integrity.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business, Administration, or a related field; interest in intellectual property or legal services is an advantage.
