Accountabilities
- Provide executive support to nine senior executives, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, customer engagements, and candidate interviews.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for executives ahead of meetings.
- Develop and maintain streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Plan and execute travel logistics for executives, including offsites and company events.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
- Project management experience or formal training is preferred.
