We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to work closely with management as an Executive Assistant – MIS & Business Analytics.

Role Summary

This is NOT a normal MIS role.

The candidate will act as:

Management’s analytical control tower.

The role requires someone capable of:

• understanding the entire business,
• identifying problems independently,
• building reporting systems,
• analyzing profitability,
• monitoring operations,
• highlighting risks,
• and providing management with actionable insights daily.

The candidate will work directly with management and coordinate across:

• Accounts
• Ecommerce
• Operations
• Production
• Warehouse
• Dispatch
• HR

Key Responsibilities

A. Management Reporting & Business Analysis

1. Prepare daily management MIS reports
2. Create business dashboards and KPI reports
3. Analyze:

• sales,
• profitability,
• inventory,
• dispatch,
• returns,
• production,
• working capital

1. Highlight operational and financial risks proactively
2. Present actionable business insights to management

B. Ecommerce & Profitability Analytics

1. Platform-wise profitability analysis
2. ASIN-wise profitability tracking
3. TACOS & advertising analysis
4. Marketplace deduction reconciliation
5. Return & claim analytics
6. Product performance analysis
7. Pricing & margin tracking

C. Inventory & Operational Analytics

1. Inventory ageing analysis
2. Slow-moving & dead stock analysis
3. Dispatch delay analysis
4. Production vs order trend analysis
5. SKU movement analytics
6. Working capital & inventory turnover reporting

D. Reporting Automation & Systems

1. Build automated MIS dashboards
2. Improve reporting systems and controls
3. Create Excel / Power Query / Google Sheet automation
4. Consolidate reports from multiple departments
5. Ensure reporting accuracy and discipline

E. Cross Functional Coordination

1. Coordinate with:

• Accounts
• Operations
• Production
• Ecommerce teams
• Warehouse

1. Follow up for timely reports and reconciliations
2. Escalate discrepancies and delays proactively

Skills Required

MUST HAVE

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP / INDEX MATCH
• Dashboard creation
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret business data

PREFERRED

• Power Query
• Power BI
• Google Sheets automation
• Ecommerce analytics exposure
• Manufacturing / inventory reporting exposure
• Tally ERP understanding

Experience Required

3–8 years experience in:

• MIS
• Business Analytics
• Ecommerce Analytics
• Commercial Reporting
• Financial Reporting
• Operations Analytics

Candidates from:

• Ecommerce
• FMCG
• Manufacturing
• Retail
• Distribution
• Logistics

will be preferred.
