Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing expense reports, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining confidential documents, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and will act as a key point of contact for the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong skills in Executive Support and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite leaders is a plus
