Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO’s Chief of Staff including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between Chief of Staff and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Meeting & Communication Management:
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups for meetings and business reviews.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, developing and analysing metrics, tracking key deliverables and deadlines.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Documentation & MIS:
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to leadership activities and initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college/university
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting CXOs or senior executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure with grace.
