Role Description

The Executive - Account's role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sri Ganganagar. The responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, handle accounts payable/receivable, and collaborate with internal teams on financial matters. Additionally, the role involves analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making and supporting audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget preparation
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for accurate reporting and reconciliation
• Attention to detail and expertise in managing accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and generating actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with team members
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CA or CMA are an advantage
• Experience in the hospitality industry or working in hotels will be considered beneficial
