Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an Event Sponsorship Manager. The candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorships, developing relationships with partner brands, managing event budgets, and collaborating closely with internal teams on event planning and execution. The role involves identifying sponsorship opportunities, strategizing marketing efforts for maximum impact, and ensuring seamless coordination to deliver successful events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Marketing and a strong understanding of promotional strategies specifically tailored for large-scale gatherings
• Exceptional Communication skills, including relationship-building and negotiation with sponsors and partners
• Proficiency in Event Management and Event Planning, ensuring all logistics and stakeholder needs are effectively handled
• Ability to handle Budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for events
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Background in the automotive or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
