Sona Tent House is looking for a dynamic and organized Event Operations Manager to oversee event planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage client requirements, handle on-ground staff, and deliver flawless event experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish. Manage logistics, vendors, and staff during events. Ensure client satisfaction and handle on-site problem-solving. Supervise event setup, d?cor, and overall operations. Maintain budgets, timelines, and post-event reports. Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in event management preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
