We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Event Manager with a strong background in planning and executing mid to large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to translate client vision into unforgettable experiences while ensuring flawless execution. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of multiple large-scale events. Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and event goals. Conceptualize creative event themes, experiences, and engagement strategies. Negotiate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Supervise and mentor junior event coordinators and executives. Manage complex logistics, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand guidelines. Monitor event KPIs and deliver detailed post-event analysis reports. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 5-7years of proven experience in managing high-profile corporate or social events. Strong portfolio of successfully executed events (pramotional Activities,weddings, conferences, exhibitions, launches, etc.). Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and event technology. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of latest industry trends, event tech, and audience engagement strategies.
