Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Event Management Specialist. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the goals of the organization. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, collaborating with teams to ensure smooth event operations, managing vendor relationships, promoting events through marketing strategies, and training volunteers or team members involved in projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Proficiency in Communication and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Marketing and promotional strategies related to events
• Ability to train and manage volunteers or team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Previous experience in coordinating youth-focused events is a plus
