Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for an Event Management Intern. The intern will assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless event management. Responsibilities also include effective communication with stakeholders, marketing event activities, and contributing to training sessions as required. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration with the broader House of Ocal team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in Marketing and promotional strategies
• Ability to contribute to Training and team activities
• Organizational skills, time management, and a proactive approach to multitasking
• Prior experience in event coordination or a related field is a bonus
• A passion for handcrafted products and sustainable living is a plus
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
