Job Description
ETL Tester ( 4+ Years of Experience):
- Perform end-to-end validation of data migration processes from on-premises systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems.
- Validate ETL transformations, ensuring correctness and adherence to defined business rules.
- Conduct data quality checks, including profiling, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
- Review and understand mapping documents, data models, and transformation logic.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform SQL queries, joins, aggregations, and complex validations to support test activities.
