Lead a team of testers and coordinate test execution across functional and technical teams. Develop test cases scripts and scenarios based on migration requirements and Facets data structures. Perform data validation reconciliation and defect tracking for historical data loads. Collaborate with data analysts ETL developers and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
