Job Title: ETL Tester Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad Experience Level: Mid?Senior (3-7 yrs of Exp) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL Tester with strong expertise in SQL and complex SQL queries , along with experience in data migration projects and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting end-to-end ETL testing across various systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts . Perform data validation , data reconciliation , and data quality testing across source and target systems. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate transformed data. Conduct data migration testing , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and business teams to understand data flows and transformation logic. Identify, analyze, and report defects; work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Validate data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and support testing of workloads moved to the cloud. Participate in test planning, requirement analysis, and defect triage meetings. Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 3?7 years of experience as an ETL Tester or Data QA Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and writing complex SQL queries (joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions). Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, etc.). Working knowledge of data migration projects and methodologies. Some experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts , ETL processes, and data models. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
