ETL Developer SSIS

Job Description

Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and transformation. Implement and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow between systems. Write and maintain SQL and T-SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting. Perform performance tuning and optimization of SSIS packages and database queries. Manage version control using tools like Git or TFS and implement deployment strategies for SSIS packages. Collaborate with data analysts, DBAs, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and best practices. Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL programming. Experience in performance tuning and optimization for SSIS and SQL queries. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, TFS) and deployment strategies. Preferred Skills Experience with SSRS or SSAS for reporting and analytics. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI tools. Exposure to cloud-based data integration (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue). Understanding of data governance and security practices.
