Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in ETL processes , proficiency in Informatica and related tools , and a deep understanding of wealth management domain . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements related to wealth management processes. Document functional and technical specifications for ETL workflows and data integration. ETL & Data Integration Work closely with ETL developers to design, validate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards. Technical Expertise Provide hands-on support and guidance on Informatica PowerCenter , Informatica Cloud , and other ETL tools. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues. Data Modeling Design and maintain logical and physical data models for wealth management applications. Ensure models support scalability, performance, and reporting needs. Domain Knowledge Apply wealth management concepts (portfolio management, investment products, client onboarding, compliance) to data solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for domain-specific data flows. Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business teams, data engineers, and QA teams. Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and impact analysis reports. Other skills: Experienced in all phases of SDLC and Agile based development/delivery Experienced in leveraging relevant tools/solutions like JIRA, Confluence etc. for requirements management
