Job Description :

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.

Serve as the technical lead for enhancements, integrations, and application support across Sales, Service, and custom Salesforce applications.

Combine architecture vision, hands-on development, and a solution-oriented mindset to drive enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives.

Must be willing to work on-site in Hyderabad, 4 days a week, during the US EST time zone.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.
• Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.
• Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.
  
  

Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and web services.
  
  

Application Support & Enhancements

• Provide ongoing support for production issues, system performance, and user inquiries.
• Manage release cycles, code versioning, sandbox refreshes, and deployment pipelines.
• Deliver enhancements and bug fixes while ensuring platform stability and adherence to governance standards.
  
  

Collaboration & Governance

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to understand business needs and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Guide junior developers and provide mentoring in Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2+ years in a Salesforce architect or lead developer role or similar experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
