Position : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager- Estimation & Proposal Reporting to : Senior Manager - Product Manager Location : Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh (Near Chennai) Product Knowledge: ACHEX / Cryogenics/ Pressure Vessels Your Experience Should Be... BE (Mech) with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in fabrication industry like Pressure Vessels or Tanks Manufacturing Product Knowledge: ACHEX / Cryogenics/ Pressure Vessels Should have good communication skills Ensuring Chart?s Success? Reviewing project specifications, datasheets and bid documents to establish customer requirements Understand customer requirements and request for clarifications Preparation & verification of PID, GA drawings and layout as per design and tender requirementsin AutoCAD Preparation of detailed costestimationfrom Tender Bill of material & Drawings. Calculation of engineering cost, raw materials cost and conversion cost Co-ordinate with the Engineering Department regarding detail design of equipments Costing andEstimationof the proposed products and other indirect cost required for the project. Preparing bill of materials and material specification Conduct clarification meetings and negotiations with internal/external partners/sub vendors. Estimationof overall supply material cost including tax, freight etc Estimationof direct manpower cost and indirect manpower cost based on project duration and scope of work Understandingof commercial terms and condition in co-ordinationwith Sales, Finance & Legal and getting approval from management. Co-ordinate with various departments for problem solving and contact with customers for getting clarification Prepare the detailedestimationtemplates and comparison sheet with reference project Communication with customer / client queries and clarification related to the tender Keep a track of market prices and fluctuation of rates Preparing techno-commercial project proposalsand reply of technical query Conduct kick-off meetings prior to order execution. Budget preparationand getting approval from management. Coordination with the client and Engineering department during drawing approval and execution phase of the project. Co-ordination in written and oral interpersonal communication with customer/client and sub vendor/supplier and contractor. Interaction with customer for project queries and updation. Support Project Manager in relation with Client regarding budget, process, specialist engineering problems and commercial contract issues during execution. Our Benefits Package...
