Job Description

Hiring: Estimation Engineer


We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. If you have experience in cost estimation, project analysis, and budgeting, we would love to hear from you.


📍 Location: Chennai / Office Location: Besant Nagar

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for interior / construction projects

  • Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine project requirements

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for cost evaluation

  • Prepare material quantity take-offs and cost analysis

  • Compare vendor quotations and support cost optimization

  • Maintain documentation related to estimates and project costing


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in estimation (interior / construction preferred)

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills
