Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Estimation Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Estimation Engineer will focus on preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and managing costs for various projects. Responsibilities also include research and analysis for accurate estimates and engaging in negotiation processes with suppliers and contractors. Collaboration with other departments to ensure project alignment is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting Project Estimation
• Strong background in Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Excellent Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and contractors
• Experience in Research and data analysis to support accurate cost estimation
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
