We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Consultant to support our sustainability and ESG advisory projects. The candidate will work closely with clients to develop ESG strategies, prepare sustainability reports, and ensure compliance with global standards.

• Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct ESG assessments, materiality analysis, and gap analysis
• Prepare sustainability reports in line with GRI, BRSR, TCFD, and other frameworks
• Perform GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions)
• Support ESG audits, assurance, and compliance activities
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and ESG data collection
• Track ESG KPIs and prepare dashboards/reports
• Stay updated on ESG regulations, trends, and best practices

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in ESG/sustainability consulting
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, BRSR)
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and climate risk assessment
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ESG tools is a plus
