Job Title: ERPNext Developer Company: Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Chennai (Hybrid / On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer who can customize, develop, and maintain ERPNext modules to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Frappe Framework, strong Python skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements. Build new features and applications using the Frappe Framework . Customize DocTypes, workflows, forms, scripts, print formats, and dashboards. Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using REST APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERPNext applications for performance. Manage ERPNext version upgrades , patches, and backups. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities. Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices. Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework . Proficiency in Python , JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS. Experience customizing DocTypes, reports, print formats, and workflows. Good understanding of MySQL/MariaDB databases. Experience with REST API integrations. Knowledge of Git and version control. Familiarity with Linux environments , bench, and server management. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience deploying ERPNext on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP). Knowledge of accounting, HR, sales, or inventory modules. Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments. Experience in performance tuning and security hardening. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ownership mindset. Qualification Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
