About the Role We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer who will take complete ownership of ERPNext development, including discovery, planning, customization, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of ERPNext architecture, business process mapping, and end-to-end implementation capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the full life cycle of ERPNext implementation?from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support. Customize ERPNext modules, workflows, forms, permissions, and reports to meet business requirements. Develop and integrate new apps or features within ERPNext using Frappe framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions. Perform system performance tuning, bug fixing, and continuous improvement activities. Conduct testing, documentation, and user training to ensure reliability and adoption. Manage ERPNext updates, migrations, and maintenance while ensuring data integrity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer with deep knowledge of Frappe Framework and Python. Hands-on experience in customizing modules like Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, Inventory, and Sales. Strong understanding of database design (MariaDB/MySQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Expertise in REST API development and third-party integrations. Ability to manage projects independently and deliver end-to-end solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Minimum 1+ years of ERPNext implementation and customization experience preferred. Nice to Have Experience in Dockerized or cloud-based ERPNext environments. Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Knowledge of Linux server management.
