Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Technical Support with 1–2 years of experience to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, ERP support experience, and hands-on knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ERP applications
• Troubleshoot application and database-related issues
• Analyze logs, errors, and system performance
• Support client queries and issue resolution
• Work closely with development and implementation teams and Clients support
• Perform SQL queries and database validations
• Monitor ERP workflows and integrations
• Maintain support documentation and tickets

Required Skills

• 1–2 years experience in ERP/Application Technical Support
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB ,PostgreSQL,
• Knowledge of SQL queries ,APIs/integrations,ERP workflows
• Linux/server basics (preferred)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge is mandatory
• Experience supporting SaaS/ERP products
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Client handling experience.
