ERP Support & Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERP Support & Implementation Engineer to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of ERP functional processes, and sound technical knowledge of databases and SQL. The role involves client interaction, ERP implementation, user training, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ERP software at client locations.
• Understand client business processes and configure the ERP system accordingly.
• Provide end-user training and ensure successful user adoption.
• Offer functional and technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
• Execute SQL queries for data verification, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Assist clients during ERP go-live and stabilization.
• Prepare implementation and training documentation.
• Travel to client locations for implementation, support, and training whenever required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of ERP functional modules (Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to understand database structures and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and conduct training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Freshers with strong SQL knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
