Job Description

Job Title: ERP Audit Executive Location: Kolkata_Topsia Key Responsibilities: Daily ERP Data Validation: Verify and validate all daily entries made in the ERP system across various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Data Reconciliation: Cross-check ERP data with Google Sheets or external data dumps to confirm consistency and integrity of records. Discrepancy Identification: Identify, analyze, and report data discrepancies or mismatched entries to the relevant teams for correction. Audit & Reporting Logs: Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented data logs for audit trails and reporting purposes. Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Google Sheets formulas and functions (e.g., QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, INDEX-MATCH, IMPORTRANGE, etc.) to perform data validation and generate analytical insights. Reporting Support: Collaborate with MIS or Data teams to support daily, weekly, and monthly report generation and data extraction activities. ERP Data Maintenance: Ensure timely updates of ERP data and assist in basic troubleshooting of ERP entries or module issues. Technical Coordination: Liaise with IT teams or ERP vendors for resolution of minor issues, data sync errors, or configuration discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1?3 years of experience in data audit, ERP operations, or MIS reporting. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas and automation preferred). Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho, Logic or equivalent). Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities across teams.
