Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via virtual channels.
- Sales & Cross-Selling:
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking/financial products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
- Service Delivery:
- Provide timely resolution to customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively suggest solutions for better financial planning.
- Retain high-value customers and reduce attrition.
- Digital Engagement:
- Promote usage of digital banking platforms and educate customers on online services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales orientation with ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate – Any
- Postgraduate – MBA
