Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equity Trader role located in New Delhi. As an Equity Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades based on our properitory Framework, following predefined trading zones, position sizing rules and daily market guidance.

This role is ideal for traders who believe that discipline, process and execution outperform speculation.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute trades in accordance with our predefined trading framework.

● Monitor assigned stocks and identify trading opportunities.

● Follow daily managment market commentary and stock-specific instructions.

● Adhere to predefined position sizing and risk management rules.

● Maintain accurate trading records and performance reports.

● Continuously improve execution quality and trading discipline.

● Experience in Indian equity markets (cash market experience preferred).

● Strong understanding of market structure and price action.

● High level of discipline and emotional control.

● Ability to make timely decisions under pressure.

● Proficiency in trading platforms and Microsoft Excel.

● Passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
