Position Overview We are seeking a talented Equity Research Analyst who can bridge day-to-day trading needs and long-term investment research. The ideal candidate excels in financial analysis, data-driven modeling, and actionable market insights?delivering value to both traders and portfolio managers. While experience in technical analysis (charts, indicators) is advantageous, it is not a must; we encourage strong fundamental analysts who want to expand their market skillset. What You?ll Do Monitor markets, macro trends, and news to identify both fast-moving trading opportunities as well as longer-term investment ideas. Perform in-depth fundamental analysis across sectors and companies: financial statements, valuations (DCF, PE, NAV), management assessments, and risk scenarios. Support both short-term (intraday/swing) and long-term strategy: generate timely trade ideas and deep-dive investment recommendations. Build and maintain robust financial models, carry out scenario/sensitivity testing, and contribute to investment memos and presentations. Prepare succinct daily/weekly trading notes and comprehensive investment research suitable for diverse audiences. Track key market events, earnings, regulatory actions, catalysts, and company/sector developments. Collaborate with traders and the investment team to optimize trade execution and portfolio positioning. Adopt and learn modern research or trading platforms; contribute to ongoing process and strategy improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; advanced credential (MBA, CFA, CA, etc.) preferred. 1?5 years? experience in equity research, trading analysis, or investment roles, supporting both fast-paced and long-term objectives. Outstanding analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a track record of communicating actionable investment insights. Familiarity with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, AlphaSense, etc.), experience with Python/SQL is a plus. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities; able to synthesize complex information for both quick decision-making and deep research. High personal integrity, curiosity, and motivation; readiness to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven culture. Add-On Advantages (Not Required) Exposure to technical analysis, including charting methods, trend recognition, and indicators (RSI, MACD, moving averages, etc.). Experience with modern trading/charting tools: TradingView, MetaTrader, ThinkorSwim, NinjaTrader, etc. Willingness to blend fundamental research with technical analytics for comprehensive market insight.
