Equities Research Analyst

A leading global investment firm is looking to hire an experienced Fundamental Equities Analyst to join its high‑performing research platform, focusing on the technology sector (enterprise software, vertical software, payments).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on listed companies within the technology sector
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks
• Generate differentiated investment insights and support idea generation
• Analyse company developments, earnings, and industry trends to identify key inflection points
• Prepare high‑quality investment memos and research outputs
• Benchmark companies against peers across financial and operational metrics
• Engage with management teams, sell-side analysts, and industry experts to strengthen sector views

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience in equity research or fundamental investing
• Strong coverage experience in enterprise software, vertical software, or payments
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and valuation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate investment views clearly
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred)
