This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist located in Puducherry. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring workplace environmental health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, performing risk assessments, overseeing occupational health initiatives, and addressing workplace safety concerns. The role requires collaboration across departments to sustain a culture of safety and proactive risk management.

• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Workplace Safety, and familiarity with compliance standards
• Experience in Health & Safety program implementation and Occupational Health management
• Ability to conduct Safety Training sessions effectively
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications like OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Experience in hospitality or similar industries is a plus
• Proven ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
