Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing environmental compliance, monitoring, and reporting for mining and mineral projects. The role involves preparation of EIA/EMP reports, obtaining environmental clearances, and ensuring adherence to statutory and environmental clearance conditions for sustainable mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate preparation of EIA and EMP reports for mining projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws, EC conditions, and statutory guidelines.
Monitor environmental parameters and ensure pollution levels remain within prescribed limits.
Prepare and submit statutory compliance and monitoring reports to SPCB / CPCB / MoEF & CC.
Support environmental management for greenfield and brownfield mining projects.
Managing environmental lab within the mine.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Tech in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc in Environmental Science.
Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management at mining projects.
Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, environmental monitoring, and regulatory reporting along with the management of environmental lab.
