Environment Health & Safety Compliance Specialist

Hiring: EOHS & ESG Audit & Safety Compliance Specialist

Experience: 5-10 years

We are looking for an experienced professional to support EOHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) and ESG audit & compliance initiatives across locations. The role focuses on internal audits, safety governance, risk management, compliance tracking, and ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EOHS & ESG internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps, track corrective/preventive actions, and support audit closure.
• Drive workplace safety programs including fire safety, emergency preparedness, and incident management.
• Support ESG reporting aligned with GRI, SASB, and SEBI frameworks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, SOPs, compliance trackers, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and safety culture.

Required Skills

• Experience in EHS/EOHS, ESG, Safety Compliance, or Internal Audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.
• Exposure to incident reporting, CAPA, compliance tracking, and governance processes.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Science, Environment, or related field.
• Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
