Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with creators to design and refine bootcamps, driving innovative content strategies and growing their impact.
- Full P&L Ownership: Lead sales and marketing execution for the bootcamps, ensuring their financial and operational success.
- Bootcamp Strategy: Shape positioning, pricing, format, and target audience to maximize impact for both creators and students.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of key milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure effectiveness through surveys and feedback loops, ensuring bootcamps consistently exceed expectations in quality and relevance.
- Community Engagement: Foster vibrant engagement within the bootcamp community to maximize participant satisfaction and retention.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze engagement metrics and sentiment to improve course quality and business outcomes.
- Creator Relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships with creators, fostering loyalty and mutual growth.
