Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. This hybrid role requires a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration at our Dehradun office.


You will own the complete sales lifecycle, engaging with enterprise clients to sell high-value technology and consulting solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Solution Pitching

Present compelling demos and proposals tailored to enterprise clients, focusing on IT services, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions.


Strategic Account Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.


Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


End-to-End Sales Ownership

Manage the full sales cycleβ€”from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal solution architects and consultants to deliver customized client solutions.


Market & Competitive Intelligence

Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity to refine go-to-market strategy.


What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in the IT or technology space
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in sales presentations, relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Ability to understand client pain points and position value-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • A strong passion for enterprise software and technology-driven sales is essential
