Shyam and Company is seeking a full-time Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager for an on-site role based in Gurugram. The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes, managing ERP-related projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets organizational needs. The role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues to ensure seamless operations.

• Strong proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and experience in managing ERP implementations.
• Experience in Business Process Improvement and expertise in refining and optimizing organizational workflows.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and developing data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Business Process management and ability to align processes with business objectives.
• Strong Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring ERP projects effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience and knowledge of ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in an on-site environment.
