Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design ERP solutions aligned with operational and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring ERP modules, supporting end-to-end implementations, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments. The role involves conducting user training, troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing ERP setups, and recommending improvements to enhance system performance and business efficiency. The consultant will also assist in post-implementation support, monitor key metrics, and provide ongoing guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows across functions such as operations, finance, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and experience with ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Knowledge of finance-related processes within ERP systems, such as budgeting, accounts, billing, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP platforms are an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements and procedures effectively.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
